It's pretty easy to write positive stories about TAYLOR SWIFT when she does stuff like this. In the next issue of "Parade" magazine, Taylor talks about the time she "stalked" a fan in Nashville. She's kidding about the stalking part, of course.
--Here's what Taylor said, quote, "I was driving near the mall and I saw this girl with my tour T-shirt on. She was probably 11. I made a U-turn and tried to follow her . . . I really had to do some maneuvering.
--"I found her in a video game store and just kind of walked up to her and said, 'Oh, hi. I wanted to meet you.' She had no idea what to say for about three minutes.
--"Then her mom walked over, burst into tears, and proceeded to tell me that they'd driven all the way from Austin, Texas, just to see where I was discovered."
(--We found a photo of that meeting online. We have no reason to believe it's not accurate. Check it out . . .)
--Speaking of Taylor Swift, next time someone says that only little girls appreciate her songwriting skills, check this out.
--This past Sunday, the Nashville Songwriters Association International honored Taylor as their songwriter-artist of the year. She was honored for writing "Fifteen", "Love Story" and "You Belong With Me".
