--But it turns out it's FAKE. It's one of those magnetic jobs. Because the girl in the picture with Willow Tweeted the hashtags "#fake, #dontjudge and #justhavingfun".
(--At her age, Willow would have needed a parent's permission to get her tongue pierced.)
