Things apparently aren't going too well for BRIGITTE NIELSEN these days. On Saturday, she was stumbling around a public park in Los Angeles, chain-smoking and drinking from a bottle of Popov vodka.

--Then she did that show "Strange Love" with her reality-TV boyfriend FLAVOR FLAV, before hitting the obvious next stop on the VH1 reality train: "Celebrity Rehab".
--She did a stint in legit, non-VH1-sponsored rehab in 2007. She's 49 years old.
--In recent years, she's been doing European reality shows, including foreign versions of "Dancing With the Stars" and "I'm a Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here".
