You're not allowed to pass a school bus when it's picking students and the stop sign is out. But a 32-year-old woman in Cleveland came up with a not-so-brilliant way off avoiding that rule.
--A bus driver taped her with his cell phone camera on Tuesday morning, because every day, she's been getting around his school bus by driving on the SIDEWALK.
