(--This is the second attempt to make a movie based on the comic book. Sylvester Stallone starred in a 1995 version called "Judge Dredd", but it tanked pretty hard and only made $35 million in the U.S.)
RELATED COMEDY: "Dredd" opens today. It's named after the character, Judge Dredd. Not what Republicans feel when Mitt Romney's about to talk.
