BRITTANY KERR has switched over to apology mode after getting punished in the press for messing around with JASON ALDEAN. She kept it brief . . . most likely hoping the whole thing will blow over sooner rather than later.
--Brittany said, quote, "The actions I portrayed recently were not a representation of my true character, but a lapse in judgment on my part. I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone that has been affected by this, including my friends & family."
(--The "lapse of judgment" line sounds like she's admitting guilt. That's different from yesterday when she was trying to make people believe she had NO IDEA Jason was married.)
(--That excuse went out the window when the video surfaced of Jason wearing his wedding ring as he was leaving the club right after their "encounter".)
