TMZ has released an updated transcript of NICKI MINAJ'S freak out on the set of "American Idol" on Tuesday . . . and it includes Nicki calling MARIAH CAREY "boring as [eff]." She also accuses Mariah of boasting about her "résumé" . . . and allegedly "threatens" her by saying, quote, "Off with your head!" (???)

TMZ has put together an updated transcript from the video of NICKI MINAJ'S freak-out on MARIAH CAREY during "American Idol" auditions in Charlotte on Tuesday.
--It's a low-quality video . . . and it's packed with censored profanity . . . so it's difficult to make out what Nicki and Mariah were saying. But here's TMZ's latest stab at it:
Nicki: "Think I'm playin? Think this [crap] is [an effing] joke? Think it's a joke? . . . Say one more disrespectful thing to me, if you say one more disrespectful thing to me, off with your head!" (???)
Mariah: "I am not being disrespectful."
Nicki: "Off with your head, off with your head . . . Don't tell me I'm insecure, don't tell me I'm inadequate . . . you don't know . . . I don't feel inadequate. You're the insecure one sittin' up there running down her résumé every five minutes . . .
"Every time you take a shot at me I'ma take it back, and if you gotta [effing] problem then handle it. I told them, I'm not [effing] putting up with your [effing] highness over there . . . figure it the [eff] out. Figure it out."
Mariah: "Why, why . . . do I have a three-year-old sitting around me?"
Nicki: "I'm not sitting here for 20 minutes and having you run down your résumé everyday. No! Goodbye!"
Mariah: "Listen . . . I can't see my kids because you decided to make . . . to have a little baby fit and going all around the stage."
Nicki: "Good, well then go see them now, go see them now . . . you're boring as [eff], you're boring as [eff]."
