KEVIN GARNETT of the Boston Celtics had a few run-ins with CARMELO ANTHONY of the New York Knicks during their game Monday night. Things got so heated that both of them ended up with technical fouls.
--And it all started . . . allegedly . . . because Garnett told Carmelo that his wife, LA LA VAZQUEZ, tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios. (???)
--Carmelo was mad enough that he even went looking for Garnett after the game. TV cameras caught him lurking near the Celtics' team bus outside Madison Square Garden. But security was all over it, so nothing happened.
