A new song has leaked online, which is reportedly a JUSTIN BIEBER track called "Yellow Raincoat". If this is true, it'll be on Justin's new album, "Believe Acoustic", which comes out Tuesday.
--There IS a track called "Yellow Raincoat" on "Believe Acoustic" . . . but Justin's rep won't confirm that this is it. And last night, Justin merely Tweeted, quote, "I love music. Just had to say that."
