After a court hearing yesterday, HALLE BERRY and her fiancé OLIVIER MARTINEZ reached some kind of truce with her baby-daddy GABRIEL AUBRY. But the details weren't disclosed.
--Halle's lawyer left the hearing, stood in front of reporters and held up a piece of paper with a handwritten message that said, quote, "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."
--After the Thanksgiving Day brawl between Olivier and Gabriel, Halle got a restraining order that prevented Gabriel from coming near her or their 4-year-old daughter Nahla. Gabriel also got one against Olivier.
